Arova 30-Day Return & Refund Policy

Arova wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may return undamaged products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Once the item is received at our warehouse and inspected, the refund or exchange process will begin.

Eligibility & Notes

  • Returns must include all original accessories.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • For returns not related to product quality, a $5 restocking and shipping fee will apply.
  • For returns related to product quality, we will refund the full cost of the product, including shipping, typically within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. We only handle return requests for purchases made directly through the official Arova website.

Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds for credit/debit cards typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Refunds for PayPal or other payment methods will be processed according to the provider’s schedule.
  • For returns involving instalment payments, your repayment schedule will be adjusted accordingly by the provider.
  • Refunds for gift card purchases will be credited back to your Gift Card balance.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item promptly.
  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a product quality issue.
